Appearance of the Dajjal

In the name of Allah the Most Beneficent the Most Merciful.

The Dajjaal will only appear to the living

Question: Will the Dajjaal appear to all of creation, meaning: will the dead be resurrected a second time, or will his appearance be to the living when he appears?

Response: He shall appear specifically to the living. As for the dead, then they will not be resurrected until after the (Last) Hour, as Allaah (Subhaanahu wa Ta'aala) says:

{After that, surely, you will die. Then (again), surely, you will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection}, [Soorah al-Mu.minoon, Aayah 15-16]

And with Allaah lies all success and may Allaah send prayers and salutations upon our Prophet (sal-Allaahu `alayhe wa sallam) and his family and his companions.
