Best of you

14. "The best of your religion is that which is easiest." [Ahmad, Sahîh]

Quotes to remember

8. Bilal ibn Sa’d radiAllahu `anhu (ra) said, “If you see a disputing, arrogant, and bigoted person, bear in mind that they are utterly lost.”

Salafs sayings

Abu ad-Dardaa narrated [Saheeh Muslim, No.6588]: The Messenger of Allaah said: «No believing servant supplicates for his brother behind his back (in his absence), except that the Angels say: "The same be for you too".»
al-Imaam an-Nawawee comments [Riyaadh as-Saaliheen #1494]: This hadeeth makes it evident that one who prays for someone in his absence also stands to benefit from it because the angel appointed for the task of praying for those who pray for others will pray for him, saying, "O Allaah! Grant him also the same which he has asked for others".

Women calling the Aadhaan

Question:

Is it legislated for the woman to call the Aadhaan (call to prayer)?
Answer:

A- It is not legislated, rather upon her is to call the iqaamah, this is due to the voice of the woman being a fitnah and Allaah The Mighty and Majestic says: ((.then do not be softly spoken lest it causes allure in whose heart there is a sickness.)) (Soorah Al-Ahzaab: 32) and those who say it is legislated are Ash-Shawkaanee and Muhammad Siddeeq Hasan Khan, and they both said: "the foundation is the generality of the legislation" but that which is correct is that it is not legislated for the woman.
