Best of you

5. "The best of people during fitnah is a man who takes up the reins of his horse pursuing the enemies of Allah, causing them fear yet they make him fearful too, or a man who secludes himself in the desert fulfilling the rights of Allah upon him." [Hâkim, Sahîh]

Quotes to remember

13. Ibn Qutaybah said that his disputant said to him, “What is the matter with you?” He replied to him, “I will not dispute with you.” The disputant then said, “Thus you have come to know that I am right.” Ibn Qutaybah responded, “No, but I respect myself more than that.” At this the disputant retracted and said, “And I will not claim a thing that is not my right.”

Salafs sayings

Abu ad-Dardaa narrated [Saheeh Muslim, No.6588]: The Messenger of Allaah said: «No believing servant supplicates for his brother behind his back (in his absence), except that the Angels say: "The same be for you too".»
al-Imaam an-Nawawee comments [Riyaadh as-Saaliheen #1494]: This hadeeth makes it evident that one who prays for someone in his absence also stands to benefit from it because the angel appointed for the task of praying for those who pray for others will pray for him, saying, "O Allaah! Grant him also the same which he has asked for others".

He bought some Gold and paid some of the price and went to bring the rest from the bank

Question:

What is the ruling regarding someone who bought some gold and finalized the sale agreement for it, then he paid the price and a portion still remained to be paid? Is it permissible for him to go to any place to bring the rest after a short period of time, for example if he goes to the car or he the bank, and he does not receive the gold until he brings the rest of the money? Is this act correct? If not, is he required to redo the sales agreement after he brings rest of the money?
Answer:

It is better that they redo the sales agreement after he brings the rest of the money and there is no harm in that. The only thing that they are repeating is the wording. If they leave the sales agreement off until he bring the rest of the money that is even better, because there is no need for the agreement before the money is present. And Allah gives success
