Question:

What is the ruling regarding coming to the masjid in a night thobe?
Answer:

There is nothing wrong with prayer in a night thobe if it is clean, whether one comes to the masjid or not. Except, when those clothes attract the attention such that one is censured for it and becomes infamous and people speak about him in their gatherings due to that. Therefore it is necessary for a person to avoid the like of these matters which become a cause for him to become the topic of gossip between people.
